Exchange & Return Policy

Please review our policy regarding exchanges and returns below:

1. 7-Day Exchange Window

We offer a strict 7-day exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size or in the case of a damaged/defective product.

  • Important: No exchange requests will be accepted or entertained after 7 days of delivery.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All accepted requests will be processed strictly as a product exchange.

3. Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

Exchanges and returns are strictly unavailable for:

  • Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or via promotional offers.

  • Gift cards.

4. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or valid proof of purchase.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at chicauramens@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Submit the Request: Fill out the exchange form on our website here: wearchicaura.com/pages/exchange-request.

  2. Notify Us: Contact our support team at chicauramens@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to confirm your request.

  3. Ship the Item: If your exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. All approved exchanges must be shipped to:

  • Warning: Items sent back to us without first submitting the form and receiving approval for an exchange will not be accepted.
